How We Operate

At Poolcotec, we are committed to providing a seamless experience from the moment you reach out to us until the final installation of your pool cover. Here’s how our process works:

1. Initial Contact & Assessment: Customers can contact us via our website, phone, or email. The first step is to send us a photo of your pool, which allows us to determine if our system is a good fit. If so, we request rough dimensions to provide an estimated budget.
2. Customer Engagement: If the budget meets your expectations, we engage in a series of emails or calls to address any questions or concerns you may have about the functionality, operation, and maintenance of our covers. Our goal is to ensure that our products meet your specific needs. We believe in transparency, and if our covers aren’t the right solution, we’ll let you know upfront.
3. On-Site Inspection & Quoting: We offer a free on-site inspection, during which we demonstrate our systems, provide samples, and take accurate measurements. After this, we’ll send you a detailed survey and a sales agreement, including user instructions and warranty documents, so you can make an informed decision.
4. Custom Design & Production: Upon placing an order, we create detailed shop drawings, including material color selections. We require an advance payment to start the design process, which typically takes two business days. After your approval of the drawings, production begins. It takes approximately six weeks from production to delivery.
5. Shipping & Delivery: Once your cover is ready, we carefully package it and provide detailed delivery instructions. We offer a 3-day window for delivery acceptance. After delivery, the final payment for the product is due.
6. Installation & Follow-Up: We schedule the installation within two weeks of delivery. Bench and Roller models typically take one day to install, while Submerged models take two days. We also provide verbal instructions and a demonstration on safe operation, even though detailed instructions are included in the user manual. Follow-ups are conducted after two weeks, one month, and then every three months to ensure your satisfaction.
